Parker's Maple Barn, Mason, NH

Deep in the woods of Mason, NH, lies Parker's Maple Barn, a great old Sugaring Shack and Restaurant with tours and fabulous food! You start with a tour of the sugar shack, where you are shown how the sap from the trees is made into the different delicious grades of maple syrup. Then you should always go into the restaurant for a mapley breakfast afterwards! I had the delicious Belgian waffle!

Boston with Friends

Boston is by far my favorite big city! It has such a great blend of old and new. History abounds there! A few friends came out from California, and we walked around the freedom trail, had lunch at Quincy Market, and laughed a lot on the process. We had a very fun time!
