For two nights last week I rented a lovely house on Cape Cod for a short vacation for my family and me! Above was the beautiful pathway to the house. The first day was mostly getting settled and grilling dinner in the evening light. It was a great start to the end of Summer adventure!

The Granite State Candy Shoppe

One of my family's favorite places to go for Ice Cream in New Hampshire is the Granite State Candy Shoppe. They have a delectable assortment of the most amazing waffle cones (mine is dark chocolate filled), and a large menu of ice creams to choose from. They are all great flavors such as Coffee Toffee Crunch, Fudge Brownie, Scooby Doo, Mood Walk, and Oops Cake! Plus the portions (depending on who is serving *wink*) are usually very generous and almost too much to handle! The locations are in Concord and Manchester, so if you happen to be passing through the state, stop by! (Manchester serves ice cream all year round, Concord is seasonal). And, if you're not in the mood for ice cream, try out the amazing candy and chocolates! Worth a trip for sure!
